Full refund
Eligible when requested within 12 hours of order submission.
Partial refund
After 12 hours, a $50 fee is deducted from each order. The remaining balance is refunded.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds typically post within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@carbtruckpermits.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the refund request
- The email address used during checkout
Non-refundable cases
We may decline a refund when a request is incomplete, inaccurate, or associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
